"The property in general is good, but the problem is that they focus on meaningless things and security are wrong. There are several occasions when there are problems, scandals, etc. and no one does anything about it. Yesterday a package was stolen in front of my door and my husband and I tried to contact someone for help and the person who assists him in the office does not help him at all, he tells him that he will do everything possible and now he says that nothing can be done about it. respect for the safety of residents. But they don't realize that we are too and they don't help us by having the cameras in front of where the incident occurred. And I'm going to try to talk to the manager and she's never available. According to her, she is busy but I was listening to her in a very pleasant conversation."

"My review is contradict to those people saying it's safe here its quiet. No stray people. This is late night I can't sleep. People are so loud. Come to find out drunk people outside arguing I guess kid crying in the patio. And prior to that black car were driven by this young folk and throwing stuff that I don't know what and what made me come out when they calm down for a bit and check my car because they almost hit one of the car that was park. Everytime I come home there's always kids on the road running and playing bicycles. Always at night time too people were just always outside I'm not sure if they are visiting someone or their AC is just not working. I can understand why a lot of tenants are leaving. And I'm just finishing my lease and I'm going to if this didn't get fix"
"nice n clean place to live , Joana is a great manager , helpfull person . 100% recomended . everything was good for 3 months , after couple months i had roof leak on 1 beedroom i did like 5 report BUT never , nobody come to fix . very DISAPPOINTING whit this place .."
