"Apartment wasn’t ready when we moved in. Carpets were never cleaned. Trash always sitting out by the dumpster. Our windows were egged three weekends in a row. There is paint all over the flooring. The closet doors don’t shut properly. Now our patios are blocked off."
"As far as housing, not many complaints. If you manage your trash and keep your apartment clean, there's not that many bugs. Except for the occasional spider or housefly. Living here as a single person is great, but I dont see much opportunity for a big family to move into these apartments. Summer's were hell, and in the winter the heater blows out leaving you in the cold. Neighbors are constantly loud, and you can hear everything... EVERYTHING. Paper thin walls and A/C system that connects to other people homes. Overall, not a huge recommendation as a family or first home. Edit: I would like to mention to the maintenance staff to fix the plumbing of the bathrooms. On numerous occasions, the bathtub floods with what appears to be sewage that makes a mess of the tub. Also, prep the electric systems to handle extreme weather. During the freeze, all the lights cut out and I had to evacuate my home."
