"Just seen the review where a tenant’s roof caved in. Scary, we have been trying to get the same exact issue resolved for months! Water leaks into our bedroom whenever it rains. My partner has slipped & fallen as a result of this gross negligence. There is also mold all throughout the apartment! Neither of these major issues have been resolved, yet they are quick to try to evict you if you’re even LESS THAN $20 late on your rent. Very money hungry with no care at all for the tenant’s well being. My family was moved into an apartment that was not even ready. The place was dirty, there was paint left all over the floor of our entryway & I am 100% positive our security deposit would be withheld if we left the apartment exactly as we received it. The staff is rude & “corporate” doesn’t even respond when you try to address them about things the front office claims corporate is responsible for. Yes they do have a pool, but I wouldn’t recommend getting in it, seeing as it never gets cleaned & is always so filthy the water is literally green. The actual apartment unit itself is beautiful. There is a fireplace & our master bedroom is huge with huge walk-in closets in both bedrooms. They should’ve just not been so quick to move people in without making sure that all concerns were addressed. I’ve read the reviews & MOLD has been an issue for years. The complex has the potential to be great, if they would just fix the big problems & get all new staff"

"I went to get a tour and information but they never showed me anything. Staff was rude since the beginning and so irresponsable . I applied because a friend recommend me this apartments. I got accepted and they asked me for a down payment but still didn’t want to show me the apartment. I needed to move asap and they told me they would have it ready by a certain time. They asked me to give the deposit but they didn’t want to give me the contract. At last minute they canceled on me. I told them that it was okay but to give me the deposit back and when I went to get it they didn’t want to give it. I asked them to give me the information of his superior and they didn’t want to. They even called the police and made a big scene and discriminated trying to speak English like if we didn’t know."
