"Please don’t move in this property I had to call the police on them in 11-02-23 they stated to me they had no more temporary pass to park my car. They wanted me to park on the street and I’m a handicap older lady, The management promised me that my car would not be towed and put my vehicle in the system so I could park inside the gate.Got up the next morning my car was towed PRICE TO GET OUT $277.00!! They have a contract with the TOW COMPANY that’s off of KIRKWOOD and Bissonnet. My car has been towed 4 times. I have no money to be paying my rent half the time. Please don’t move here I’m trying to help you. Now I have to go and get a lawyer to try and get my money back!!!!!! Its NOT a good place to stay! NO PEACE no good place to call HOME. Roaches are in the refrigerator on my food. The ladies in the office are very MEAN mean mean. You can never talk to the manager she’s always to busy doing NOTHING!!!!!"
"Newly renovated means painted over horribly. Management is the worst they don’t care about people all they care about is fining you for anything. She doesn’t care about complains all she does is tell you she has to go and hangs up the phone! The A/C goes out every 3 weeks like clockwork if you have children DO NOT come here!! They have “fixed” my broken toilet 7 times in the last 12 days. Never fixed the shower. Never fixed the dish washer. Never fixed storage door or patio door. Never fixed the stove. Never fixed the kitchen light I had to do that myself. But they will fine you for putting your trash outside for an hour while you Finnish up cleaning. They think a stray is yours they fine you $300 added to your rent that you can only pay online or Walmart and takes them 5 months to give you your $300 back roaches everywhere outside DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!"
