"I haven’t lived here long but I’m excited to move in forsure! From the lovely leasing staff to the beautiful property itself, this place is a steal especially for the prices and the upgrades. In a great location (close to the interstate) and seems to be pretty quiet and peaceful as well. Looking forward to my new home, I’d like to personally thank Karla for making it an effortless and easy transition and Nicole for the assist! "I moved here since October 2023, and I haven't had any issues so far. I love the amenities, the office staff is great (shout out to Karla she is amazing), just overall nice/decent apartment complex to live in. Unlike other negative reviews regarding parking and towing, I haven't had no issues whatsoever with my car being towed or my guest vehicles. I would actually like to commend the apartment complex regarding parking. They always communicate via email in a timely and promptly manner regarding towing and registering your car on time. Also, they advise if you have any issues with the app or registering your vehicle to reach out. Unlike other apartments I am glad that they keep up with residents having ample parking spots available, especially at night when everyone is home. Another thing I like is that every first Tuesday of the month they have an option for you to request services for pest control. If you have any issues with roaches or any little critter they come and help you out. Lastly I love the app that comes with living here. It lets you open the main gates to the complex, your front door, lets you control your thermostat straight from your phone (very high tech may I add). Overall I love my cozy apartment and the apartment complex is an awesome place to live in."

"If I could give zero stars I would! They tow cars over here for no reason even if you live here, I came outside one day and my car was gone. The app you pay for monthly in your lease is always messing up and doesn’t even work so why do we pay for that? Cars get broken into around here and the front office doesn’t do anything about it just says “we have cameras but they don’t work so we can’t see anything”. Honestly nice apartments over all but why do I pay to live here and can’t even park my car downstairs safety or use an app I pay for in my lease."
