"My review has been deleted more than 3 times. I am living here from past 11 months and I raised my concern over 1. parking issue (my car was towed wrongly) 3 times in one month without any reasonable explanation from Ms. Lilia 2. My neighbour's playing loud music every Friday and saturday evening from 6pm until they are tired or pass out but Ms. Lilia failed to solve the issue instead offered me to move which I don't want to. 3. Rat infestation issue which Ms. Lilia ignored for 2 months. 4. Recently I was charged late payment fee because as per office leasing staff Ms. Lilia I speak and understand english I should be aware of leasing terms and condition word by word. I got letter to vacate unreasonably in July and I have apology email for it. 2 months ago I received a letter saying office cannot extend my lease and the reason given by leasing office staff ms. Lilia was that since I am not happy staying here they no longer want me Here. I am not targeting anyone in person here but making a point that for the office business comes first before humanity and kindness. I wil not be surprised if I wil be targeted again by the office for small mistakes. A person wants a nice place to relax after coming from work stress. Here I have sleepless night that if my car is towed away I have to pay $350 and loose one day pay from the work. Summer has been harsh this year and the laundry room is without air condition. So much chaos and loud music played after office hours. Police visits every week here catching culprits. I Have videos and pictures taken for all the issues. Hope I stay peacefully for this last month of lease contract. God Bless Me Good reviews given here by others are not the residents but outsiders."

"Happy With Ms. Lilia for being very professional, helpful and co -operative. She makes sure to get the maintenance work done However negative comments made are true and it has been tried to sideline issues with some fake good reviews. Office plays blame game and cover grey things. There is no more decorum maintained, tidiness is the least, because of garbage overflow flies are everywhere and safety of the premises is at least. I have seen Police cars almost every second day. The apartment maintenance workforce is commendable, polite, bilingual but overburdened with chaos and hectic work. I was Happy to be part of this community but now as soon my lease contract is getting over, I have been pressurized and suppressed. Close to Mc Donald's, Kroger, KFC, Blink Fitness, Wells Fargo Bank and bus Stop. All are walkable distance. Access Card is mandatory but most of the tenants are bachelors and they climb the short gate to enter or keep stone in between the gate so it is continuously open and it is easy access to homeless people to come inside and thus security issue not taken care. And also to mention loud music that is played by the other resident is ignored by the office people. God Bless this Apartment Complex."
