"Awesome apartments with ceramic tile through the entire apartment! Granite counter tops in the kitchen and the bathrooms! The property nicely maintained, the gates work, apartment inspected frequently to ensure smoke alarms, fire extinguisher and AC filters are adequate working and quite living, the majority of the staff lives onsite. Worth the look! Worth the 2yrs of living here!!!"

"The parking rules are very very bad. My lease states I can have guests 7 nights. These Aholes only give 2 parking passes a week. They changed the terms of my lease. Its roach infested. AVOID THIS RAT TRAP"

"I have had a very poor experience with management while living here. Management took it upon themselves to bang on my door at 9am for several minutes and when I did not answer she went into my apartment without a 24 hour notice and placed a note inside my home. I have not received a violation in the past and the delivery of the notice was disruptive and disrespectful. I contacted the landlord in frustration after the incident and coincidentally got a retaliation letter informing me I can not renew my lease. When I called to gain clarity she refused to provide me information on the notice. I will be reporting this to the houston apartment association under grounds of retaliation. I have ignored several issues in this complex but this will not go ignored. You can't retaliate emotionally against tenants when they express their frustration about your practices. Using your authority to disrupt the livelihood of houston citizens is illegal. You violated my home and are now trying to play victim in a situation that could have been handled professionally."
