"Ana (who bent over backwards finding me the perfect apartment) and Ms. Z in the office are both great! The other office staff Rosio came and got me when I couldn’t get out of the fitness center door ha ha! They have gone above and beyond to make 3 Corners East a nice place to live!"

"ZERO STARS!!! Absolutely the worse place I have ever rented from the beginning was great awesome management but after they sold the property and new management took over horrible never can get in contact with management Ana always promises to send emails to management and never relays the message ! Black mold in our unit got my daughter sick we had to leave for medical reasons and health reasons and they wanted to say we needed to give them 60 day notice make sure you know your rights and the laws if you rent from here !!! Also neighbor passed away in unit due to lack of the office trying to check on her welfare check and the end when they decided to do something she passed away this is already like 5 months and they are still cleaning out the apartment what a safety hazard to other residents!! Also you pay for parking and they leave nasty trash next to your car furniture it’s disgusting!!! NO MAINTENANCE!!! The only guy they have does everything & it’s sad !! ALSO DRUG DEALS & BREAKING INTO CARS !! STAY FAR FROM THIS PLACE!!!"

"THIS OFFICE STAFF SUCKS ! My brother lives on property and he never gets his request completed! Today is day 3 with NO AC ! This is an emergency, it is over 80 degrees outside and it’s is 90 in my home! For his renewal he requested air duct cleaning & resurfacing because he has mold but they just painted over the air ducts and he has been there for 2 years so yes his tubs are peeling! Get it together ZYRA or ZAIDA! ANSWER YOUR PHONES AND MAYBE I CAN GET THE NAME RIGHT .. UPDATE: THE MANAGER TOLD MY SISTER AND BROTHER TO CLEAN THE VENTS OURSELVES & said that this was not mold! Thank goodness he is moving out this place today, please be careful of moving here check your vents, check behind the stove & fridge for roaches, this place is infested!"

"Nice size and reasonable rent. Just avoid living near the pools--summertime is a nightmare with kids in up until all hours, regardless of those if us that have to work 12hr shifts the following day! Love size of balconies tho and maintenance are helpful. Office staff are pretty rude-one woman in particular. Some are very very nice. One woman will not go out of her way to look for your parcels!"
