"Our son, a student over at WIU was having some issues with his car. So we made an appointment at Meredith based on the previous reviews we read online. SO HAPPY WE DID! When he took his car in for service, he said the wait wasn't long. About 30/40 minutes for what he needed. He said everyone was very friendly and helpful.
