"I applied for an apartment two weeks ago. I have a timeline of needing to move. I’ve called the office number listed online and on the card and I can’t seem to get in with anyone. I’ve left several messages and never received a call back. How is that even possible to not talk to a person inside the office?"

"Worst experience ever. Manager assistant Daniela and leasing agent Lauren treated me terrible . I stepped out of this office crying today and no one deserves to be treated wrong upon because of their lack of communication and mis leading things. I applied on Jan.12 to be exact and explain to Lauren that I would be applying with my sister or mom and that I didn’t want to be on the lease . She said it would be fine and led me to believe I could just apply like that. Since then till literally this week over a month they finally started to process the application. Lauren each week would give me some type of excuse stating that because it was a New York application it was hard . At the end basically turns out that because I was not on the application they could not give me info only my sister and Lauren had said last week that if the application did not go through they would return the admin fee. I understand the whole part about doing an application for myself as well but don’t treat me disrespectfully and lie to my face. My whole thing is how they handle Everything so unprofessional and disrespectful! They took extremely long and I was given wrongful information. All this attitude only because I was claiming my administration fee and pet screening fee because Lauren said it would be returned.Then Daniel told me that she would leave a note for manager to take a look at application and decide a bout returning fee but that she would call my sister that same night and she never did . Today my sister waited for phone call and nothing. So, I went by like yesterday because also they do not answer phones only to be treated like I was lying only because Lauren was covering her back and Daniel really needs to learn to be more respectful towards people . Just to add when in the office this assistant manager gets up because she got upset at 2 little school girls that had just arrived from school and went in the office to grab a drink or snack and she made them walk out and mentioned how that wasn’t a cafeteria. That alone goes to show what kind of people they are at this place . Kids are kids and if an adult has a problem with them they should bring this matter up to to parents not take it upon themselves to treat kids like that ! I would never ever recommend this place !"

"I don't know what is going on this apartment. Water is bad, Hot water is not working very often, Too many bugs, Staff team doesn't care at all. Most importantly, they gonna charge you everything as best as they can. I'm very satisfying after I moved to different apartment"

"front office sucks except when it is time to pay rent and charge you they will always make sure to get that taken cared of first. ive been living with a strong chemical odor leaking from somewhere and they refuse to help me. in result of that we now have developed health issues, we have kids and pets living here and they DO NOT care. I have reached out to them VARIOUS times, through text, email, even in person. They do not care. i highly DO NOT recommend anyone to move here, i pay 1700 a month for a two bedroom apartment and it is just not worth it AT ALL. they have roaches and random people who do not even live here walking around the complex at night. Supposedly they have someone as security but i have NEVER seen this said ''person'' during these hours... hmmm. i believe the whole concept of this complex is ''how much money can we take from these people'' because they have nothing to show for the apartments are run down and exterior severely damaged, there is dog poop everywhere, trash bins overloaded i feel very bad for the people who not only LIVE here but are employed here. moving here was my biggest mistake and i can not wait till i leave these place. disgusting."
