"II’m very happy that I found this property. During the whole process of touring and applying Bianca was helpful and very respectful. I’ve been living only a few weeks in this property and so far I’m very happy. The leasing office always answers the phone and emails right away, maintenance is very good and the property is quiet and clean."
"Not a bad place at all. Neighbors are mostly quiet and mind their own business. Management puts a lot of effort into maintaining the landscape and exterior. Maintenance guy is excellent (the older gentleman). Appliances could use some updating. It's a nice place."
"If I could give this place a zero I would. I lived here for 1 year, unit 105. Do not move in there. When it was time to move out I had a 10 month lease they messed up lease agreement and I had to stay there a couple more months since they never gave me a 90 notice to give them notice, I had to go to the office and figure it out for them. I was robbed and when I called the office they acted like it was nothing. Unit 105 also gets flooded! At one point it flooded 3 times in 1 week not to mention all the mold this caused including my clothes and purses. And when I called he office again they acted like nothing. Maintenance came and did nothing but drag mud in the apartment. And now that I have moved out they are ghosting me, ignoring my emails, saying they don't have access to records any longer. Update, I was finally able to talk to someone after being on hold for 25 min and being hung up on twice! Not only are they not giving me my deposit but they have the audacity to charge me an extra $500! I repeat do not move here!"
"I’ve loved it so far! The apartment is absolutely beautiful and nice. The property is clean, well kept and feels very safe. The ladies in the office have been so kind and helpful, especially the assistant Bianca! I’ve had a few questions and she’s always willing to step up to help, so kind and responsive. The location is also perfect! We’d recommend living here!"
"I just moved in and I could not be happier with the patience and help from Bianca and Carolyn, their whole team including maintenance have been exceptional! They answered any questions I had with the best service and smile! I’m truly looking forward to living here since my experience at these apartments have been so great from the start."
