"This place is a dumb that needs to be deemed Inhabitable. I have been here 3 years and it's not by choice only due to the economy. These apartments have not been able to keep hot water no more then a week straight. Your either getting cold water with high pressure, or hot water the sprinkle out the shower head like your watering plants. The foundation to my home has been craking and shifting for 2 years. They have done nothing about it. Just continue to say "we are out sourcing the problem " but have been doing that for 2 years...also there have been 2 murders here plus a 12 hour stand off with the police..that left me and my kids with out power for the full 12 hours. It's constant leaks in side the wall and mold everywhere.this place is a horrible place to leave . Management will only give u excuses and excuses and then blame it on them having to wait for and outsourc company yo fix my problem. They work with a tow company called ranger tow .who will tow your car if u have a parking sticker or not....they only allow you to have 2 cars registered but will allow other "like minded residents" to have 5 cars in the parking lot and not be registered....also forgot to note they have no security here at all .so kids walk around and pop Mail boxes all day...they take anything of importance and the apartment will do nothing about it"

"This place is horrible! We have been complaining for a while about cracks in the wall. Consistent leaks! Now we have a hole in our apartment because of the leaks! Whatever you do DO NOT MOVE HERE! The people in the office do not care they just come take pictures and leave! Please we have been here for almost 4 years and the consistent switch of companies, I am convinced no one knows what they are doing!"

Regrettably, I'm actively exploring options to terminate my stay here as soon as possible. *The ongoing hot water problem remains unresolved even after three months, highlighting a lack of urgency from the maintenance team. Unfortunately, their apparent lack of prompt action raises concerns about the efficiency and responsiveness of the maintenance services. *I'm disappointed with the apartment complex's poor handling of pet waste. The lack of cleanliness is evident everywhere, with dog feces visible in common areas. This neglect not only makes the environment unpleasant but also raises concerns about hygiene and overall maintenance standards. *The persistent issue of wastewater in multiple areas of the complex is not only unpleasant due to the pervasive bad odor but is also a serious concern for health. The management's failure to address this problem promptly is disappointing and raises questions about the overall hygiene and well-being of the community."

"I’ve renewed my lease 2 times since moving to Texas not by choice but due to the economy and looking for diff apartments that are entirely out of my budget. Feels like a prison being stuck here. Since my last review the killing and shootings and lack of maintenance has gotten worse. The maintenance man that actually fixed things outside of putting a band aid on the matter was wrongfully fired. (Chris) I’ve complained on several occasions about the raining inside my living room window and the leak from the dining room ceiling, the rats that i caught and took to the front office, the mold the roaches ….To make matters worse the office hours have decreased tremendously and you can barely get in contact with anyone. The water has been off for 4 days no hot water. The water we do have is foggy and not clear. The gym has been closed for half the year so far and still not open due to kids tearing the place up. We have security but clearly we don’t. Virtual parking is a joke they constantly tow away cars even when registered. Visitors parking is no longer if the car is not registered they will tow them which means on holidays you are only allowed to have to cars on the premises or they will be towed. The pools are frequently closed crazy to have 3 pools you can’t utilize. Ppl are moving out left and right. The fact that you get penalized for trying to move out before your lease is up due to the killings on the complex property and ppl toting AK’s freely. Let not get on the dogs roaming around everywhere. The neighbors who don’t use the designated dog area and let the dogs do their business where the kids play is very rude.i love the huddle of neighbors I’ve grown to become family with but it’s hard to stick around here much longer !!!!!"
