"I have always had the best service at the complex. The team in the office great. I left the apartments a year ago because I moved out of town. I selected to move back to the apartments, there is no other place I would rather be ! Thanks for the great service the staff is great. Ivonne is the best ! The Manager of the property is awesome also !"

"Unfortunately I can not recommend even applying with this complex. Last week i applied for an apartment and when they ran my credit it came back that i owe cypress. I never lived there. I did put in an application but we decided to move to a different city. How do I owe them if i never even completed the application. On top of that i have been calling all day to get them to clear it up or even pay it just to get approval at my new place going. However no answer. So until this is resolved my review is this. Stay away, fraudulent with your information, messes up your credit, and all you have to do os put in an application for them to do."

"Apartment is very good. Especially kitchen has gas connection which is very rare. None of the rooms has the carpet. We like it without carpet. The maintenance team very quick in solving issues. Leasing office staff is friendly and prompt in response. Overall good place to stay in Willowbrook."

"I was unfortunate enough to call this place home for a year. When I moved in it seemed like a very nice complex but It went down hill very fast. My first month there was a scheduled fire alarm testing in each unit. By law they emailed in the correct time frame for me to get my unit ready for them. They then changed that time and went in just a couple hours after sending the email at which point I was at work. They went in my closet and threw everything into the hallway without care breaking some irreplaceable items. They went through 3 management companies in my one year of living there. People would fight and argue in the middle of the night. Peoples wheels get stolen on a regular basis. My truck was broken into and they tried to steal it (luckily they were unsuccessful) when I told management they just said "yeah that happens sorry". They would not let me look at the security footage either. A couple weeks after that someone broke into my garage and tried to steal my other car. (luckily unsuccessful again). you could hear gunshots at night regularly. The trash cans were always nasty and would just have loads of trash on the ground. People hopping the fence and looking inside of cars. Some fire alarms would go off extremely late at night keeping people awake. The apartment was very dirty when I moved in and had a terrible repainting job. And I still have not received my deposit refund even though I moved out 8 months ago. Would not recommend to my worst enemy."
