"First time customer. We are rural, about 30 miles south of Canton. None of our current appliances purchased from Gorsuch but they did not hesitate to respond very timely to a mutually agreed date and time frame. Both washer and dryer had issues, within 20 minutes, technician Jake had idea as to potential issues, within 1 1/2 hour both appliances repaired, dryer requiring a repair kit that he had on hand, all for $186. Very impressed with Jake's knowledge and skills which I stated to him. Going forward, we will do all future appliance business with Gorsuch. I recommend!"

They have serviced my previous washer and current dryer at a fair price and they were repaired right the first time. The repairman always came with one day of me calling. Good, friendly service from a locally owned family that's been in the business for decades. I recommend them for appliance sales and service."
