"As other reviews state...money hungry, maintenance closes work orders that have not been taken care of, pot holes everywhere and by ever speed bump, random shots, and to add which i can't stand is having to walk in all the mud/water trying to get to/from my apt with my toddler without slipping or just getting excessive mud on my shoes!! Everything was all good up until my 2nd year of renewing... money charges (including utilities that have nothing to do with us charging so much because of other "occupants" they claim is up), uncarring/nonsense emails, and phones still claim to not be working right as is honestly been from months back with issues and still "aint fixed". Assuming you know certain things instead of directly informing in the time of need. Need to change the system or whatever they got going on when a situation happens with no funds by mistake (for the 1st time ever) when trying to make an early payment and can't even pay after getting the funds in because the online pay is disabled and being charged when it's not even due yet/ not the 1st nor 3rd! Couldn't even pay at the stores as the emoney. So how are we expected to pay in a timely manner, especially if we can't just go running to the store! Then no one in the office when I come back around 11am to discuss this matter... glad I didn't renew cus they keep pissing me off with the nonsense!"

"If they get money hungry Shelvie out the office as a manager maybe they can get some things done on that premises. I’ll prefer Sophia to be in shelvie spot because at least Sophia showed a little effort in caring. For as maintenance one guy use to be real good who smoked cigarettes all day long but I think the one that walks with a limp rub his bad habits on him and got him to being lazy. I recalled several work orders and I get notifications it been taken care of and that was a lie when I’m sitting at home and no one came to the door. It was ok but when they start not caring about the tennants that’s the problem. Most definitely not worth the rent they asking for currently especially when you don’t want to fix anything. People busting their tires coming through that apartment complex. Like I say if they remove Shelvie and put someone there who actually cares watch how things turns out to be"

"I am a current resident and I love it the staff is so patient the response time to the small matters I have they responded immediately confusion or misunderstandings they give you the information you need they go above and beyond for their tenants even the problem tenants they try to make you feel comfortable Shelvie and Sophia are absolutely wonderful and sweet ( pecan and sweet potato pie 2 of my favorite )I appreciate them so much they couldn't do it without the guy of the office Tyler he has his hands in there also assisting and helping those ladies in that office they run like a well oil machine....I should have moved in the when I applied yrs ago.....THANK YOU QUEENS"

"I have lived here for about 3 and 1/2 months and i have to honestly say i truly do enjoy staying here. My apartment was cleaned and move in ready when i first came. All 3 ladies in the office are very respectable and are always helpful. Any time i needed something fixed it got done quickly. Sophia has been awesome since day 1 and if there is any issues i have with payment, she has been helpful with working with me and that is a true blessing. You don't see nonsense going on and the complex and it is very quiet. People are friendly when you see them. The only thing that is a minor issue is cats but hey nothing bad. I am truly glad i live where i live now compared to other places i have lived."
