"If there was a spot for a zero , as a matter fact below zero star that will be my rating not to the place but to the management that is ruining the place not running it , anti immigrant, anti senior and disabled. The property manager has no manners or respect toward seniors . To the corporate office before you put someone in charge please try to send them for some human decency classes,I am reporting these practices to the fair housing authority and to the proper tv channels, these types of practices needs to be stopped so others are not treated the same way."

"If it was possible to give no stars I would. My family has lived here for several years and have been treated unkindly by the new manager of the property. She is rude, disrespectful, inconsiderate and takes advantage of the elderly, as if their presence is a bother to her personal life. She needs to take all types of management classes (self, anger, property, etc). Shame on this property for not having better control over the people they hire for their business. Previous manager was professional and caring, shame she left."

"I finally moved in at Laurel Senior Apts. I am very thankful to Erica the general manager and all her staff, Daniel the assistant manager very helpful super nice and friendly! Alexandria super helpful very kind and very nice! The maintenance crew super nice and helpful too! I could not be happier in any other apartments. Erica is there always ready to take care of residents in need and to keep super nice and clean the property. Thank so much all of you for making me feel safe and welcome ! "The place is very good, quiet and peaceful. The new manager is rude, arrogant and in my opinion anti-immigrant. The treatment towards my family grating the racist. Contracting with the previous managers who have passed through here. Unpleasant. The price increases in the apartments of retired people have made tenants who have lived here for more than 18 years have had to leave, but not before expressing that this manager is not pleasant at all. To the owners of the place, I have manifested these things in the post office and they never deigned to answer me. Pity the place has declined and every day more stops anywhere...."
