"We absolutely LOVED living at TRC in Phase II for a little over a year. The amenities were great, we loved the walking trail and the pools, and the community was always so well-kept. If I didn't have to move for work, we definitely would have lived here as long as we stayed in Houston. Extremely pet friendly, super close to the interstate and shopping. It was honestly perfect! The best part - their rates are extremely competitive for the area & quality of the community, they gave us an amazing renewal rate (only about $20 more than our current lease), and we received almost our entire deposit back! Any issues we had were promptly solved by management or maintenance, and they made sure we experienced as little stress as possible. Have already recommended several friends to live here, and will continue to do so!"

"My husband and I moved into The Trails at Rock Creek recently and it has been nothing but great. Ana the property manager and the office team are super helpful and attentive to any issues that may arise. The maintenance team is amazing, they are extremely quick and efficient in resolving any issues that arise within a day's notice. Cesar especially has been extremely helpful to my husband with any issues and he is also very respectful! So far we love it!! Highly recommend this community."

"NON RESIDENT REVIEW: I just wanted to come and exclusively leave a 5 star review for Isaiah in the front office. He is amazing! He was very friendly and answered all of my questions (and believe me, I asked a lot). As for the property it is beautiful and hands down had the most amenities in an apartment community I have ever seen! You definitely get your money’s worth. Only reason I am not leasing is because I found a place closer to my job!"

"My boyfriend and I recently move in and we couldn’t happier with this place! Laura Jimenez was extremely helpful during the move in process, she was so friendly and super welcoming. The community has beautiful landscaping. The units are so clean and kept up with, The maintenance team is on top of their jobs always and there to help when needed. The office team always keeps everyone involved with what’s going on from pool closing to gates being broken to simple parties they are having at the front office. If you are looking for a new place to call home. I would definitely recommend The Trails at Rock Creek!!"

"This property is incredible. Lots of Amenities - Walking trails, Fitness Center, Lazy River, 3 Pools! My Apartment is very quiet first floor hardly ever hear the neighbors. The community is tucked away but very convenient to grocery stores! Management Team is super nice! Ms. Jackie was amazing. I did my first walk through when I got the keys noticed a few things, broken blind, a light was out, and the dryer had blue ink stains. She jumped and took care of everything. The next day maintenance brought a new dryer, installed a brand new blinds, and replaced the lights. Incredible. Haven't had any issues. I'm sad to move out so soon. Appliances, AC/Heat, and Hot water heater all worked fantastic. Never had any issues. I had the unrenovated 1b unit it was perfect. I would highly recommend this community"
