"Very unprofessional and impatient customer service, instead of asking me if I am married or had any other sources of income besides my main job, this lady wanted to just tell me “oh you don’t make enough” well obviously you don’t make enough working as a leasing consultant because that isn’t even real money. My husband and I will take our money else where lol. Your loss not ours because there’s plenty of other places that would love our money."
"Mrs DeAndra is the best. I lived here for 6 years an she is so sweet an down to earth. I felt safe and tucked away. Whatever needed to be done in my place was done ASAP. It was quiet an I wasn't bothered. If it was trash outside, by the morning trust it was as if it was never there I wish I never left but I'm trying to get back home cause that is how I felt. They get a 10 out of 10 from me."
"I came to visit my family the other day and once again, for the second time, my car was broken into. This complex needs better security ASAP!! I don’t see how this has happened to me TWICE! It’s extremely dark by visitors parking and majority of the building lights are out. Hopefully, keeping the visitors area well lit will deter theft!"
"Im so dam sick of hearing about this type of behavior I don't know what to do. These companies allow this type of behavior knowing we got to have somewhere to live. If I had company an learned about this type of service is being rendered they would be fired in a heartbeat. People work too hard to deal and pay for this type of behavior. If decide to apply here rest assure I can get CEO email to report you nasty attitude dont want to work people. If you don't like your job go home and stay."
"I was looking to inquire about an apartment. I called three times. The office worker answered she hello I said hello she didn't say anything. I then asked her if she could hear me she hung up. I called back we repeated the same thing again. I got another phone to call thinking something can't be wrong with my phone. She did the same thing this time I began talking. My complain is she kept hanging the phone up in my face not eve acknowledging that she could hear me. If your staff acts that unprofessional I don't want to live there anyway"
