"If I could give ZERO stars, I would. I have never in my life had such an inhumane experience with a restaurant. I placed this order via DoorDash at the Macomb, IL location. I ordered a foot long and they sent a 6 inch. That wasn’t even the bad part… look how the sandwich was made. When did it become okay to treat humans like this? I called and asked for a manager and was told there isn’t a manager there. I asked for the young man’s name who answered and he hung up on me. I called again and spoke to a young lady. I asked for her name and she said she wouldn’t give it to me. I asked for the young man’s name and was told “He’s new. I don’t know his name.” All the while laughing and laughter in the background. Not to mention, the rest of my food was missing. I will never spend another PENNY at this establishment. I’m sure the manger can tell who was on duty. This happened on 2/18/23 at 4:13PM."
