"I have been living when this places was owned by Camden Oak Crest entity, last year it was bought by another company and now called Oak Crest At West-chase, managed by Grey Star, since Grey Star took over the management residents start seeing the following; Car getting vandalized, Rims and catalytic converter stolen and windshield busted. Entrance gate, pedestrian gates, mail room gate broken. We get charged for valet trash which usually left behind a couple of time a week. Every now and then homeless people walking and wondering in the property.Amazon mail get stolen. if somebody wants to move into this property, be ready for all this these are the experience that I had under the new management since Camden has sold this property to the new entity be prepared for these and make sure you get the garage for your car if it has nice rims. When you have any of these problems, don’t count on the manager and the staff because they will tell you that they are sorry they can’t help with anything."

"Im currently in the market for an apartment on this side of town, and I took a visit to these apartments. Melissa the leasing agent was honestly the best! She was attentive and answered all my questions with such professionalism. I was shown a first floor 2 bedroom unit and I absolutely fell in love! Not only that she informed me of the festivities they throw for the tenants at the office which I’m so excited to take the kiddos to! This is exactly what I was looking for! I’m so excited too call the oak crest apartments my future home!"
