Florence Apartments

"Some much to talk about this apartment. Very unorganized management, rude and unprofessional, they changed over 1.5 year but they are all rude and not helpful at all. Maintenance, I had a microwave broke they told me to wait to get a new one since its still under warranty, the maintenance guy told me something and the management told me something else(get ready for this) I send a complain email after waiting for 3 weeks then the maintenance guy came and said we had one already why they didnt install it! The smell of weed almost everywhere, car break ins every-other week beside having a security guy that also goes to the neighboring apartments, smells weed especially in building 5, someone stole our trash container, we decorated our front door for Christmas, thanksgiving and so on and each time someone mess it up, dog poop all over the place. Funny story, when we moved to the current apartment, the apartment was totally not ready no cabinet doors, vinyl is ruined, dirty floors, and so on, when I talked to the management she told me that will let you know when its ready lol I was like I took a day off to move and my stuff in the U haul what are you talking about! Its took them a month to finish up the apartment while living there, I stayed there because I had no where to go since my furniture in the U haul ready to move in. Mold everywhere and there is no solution, they changed many parking spots to reserved parking to make more money, sometimes they pick up trash and sometimes not. Very important, the whole place is infested with roaches. Recently, they changed the management and they want you to go by there rules despite the bad experience with the other ones. We had bad experience at this apartment and we do not recommend it to anyone."

"If I can give a zero star I will! I try to ignore all the bad reviews! Give a chance! We went for a tour and Ryan was very professional and nice! That’s why we decided to fill out the application! But after viewing our actual apartment before signing the lease everything went down the hill! Keith the assistant manager was very nonchalant! Not a smile, not a how you doing! While walking to our actual apartment , Keith was walking very fast not having a conversation with us. It felt super uncomfortable and awkward! I really think he didn’t like us and didn’t even try to work with us and try to stay at Florence! As a manager you try your best to make sure tenants leave happy! Is all about customer service ! But Keith doesn’t know anything about it! Is like he just there for a pay check and go home! He doesn’t put himself in our shoes! I am sure he won’t like to live f in a place full of roaches! I appreciate his honesty that yes they’re dealing with it and change their pest control company! If they knew about the roaches they could’ve go and inspect the apartment before my arrival! But just his attitude, the way he just didn’t care made me not stay here! Apartment: Even thought the apartment was nice, they were dead roaches around the apartment! That is an absolute unacceptable! Keith was just standing there by the kitchen YAWNING! We asked for another different apartment, which he said no! He only had the other two bedroom which was more expensive.We asked because of the roaches can we giving the same price and he said no! We still asked him to show us the other apartment, he show us an apartment that was on the back unit with a view of a garage! Which was super weird! Feeling not safe! I just thought about it and if Keith being the assistant manager treats us like that before signing the lease I can’t even imagine how he will treat us after signing the lease. I try to ignore the bad reviews and give it a chance but I really felt and left very disappointed! I know that the application fee was non refundable but due to the fact how we were treated we really deserve our money back since is $300 dollars."

"I moved in near the end of October & the entire staff has been great. Work orders are completed quickly, concerns/questions are promptly addressed and resolved as quickly as possible. I was also really impressed by the community managers, who put together events for the complex. I’d definitely recommend renting at Florence. As mentioned, the staff is awesome—management, leasing, maintenance, even the new pest control company they’ve hired. Extra shoutout to Ryan, a leasing agent who helped me with the entire process. From application to move in, he’s been communicative, understanding & knowledgeable!"

"My time at this apartment was far from satisfactory, and I feel compelled to share my disappointments. The management team proved to be the epitome of incompetence, consistently unresponsive and unhelpful. Numerous attempts to address issues fell on deaf ears, leaving me frustrated and unsupported. One major grievance was the exorbitant water bill. It felt like a constant financial burden, significantly higher than what I had experienced in previous residences. The lack of transparency or efforts to rectify this issue only added to my dissatisfaction. To add insult to injury, the costs associated with moving out were unexpectedly high. Hidden fees and unforeseen expenses piled up, leaving me with a financial strain that I had not anticipated when signing the lease. This financial setback, coupled with the lackluster living experience, left a bitter taste in my mouth. In light of these negative experiences, I strongly advise against considering this apartment. The combination of poor management, high water bills, and unforeseen moving expenses make it an undesirable choice for anyone seeking a stress-free and cost-effective living arrangement. Highly not recommended."
