"As you can tell from reading the reviews, all the positive reviews come from people who have not lived here yet, but simply their first time interaction with management. The real reviews are the ones from people who have been with her for a year plus. First things first this place is very old And there is mold everywhere. Everyone who has moved into these Apts has been consistently sick. Management here is completely Disrespectful and not caring whatsoever. Whatever price you were quoted for rent, add an extra $200 on top of that because that is what you’re real rent will be, and they failed to tell you this. I have seen at least 20 people in the last month move out because the extra fees are absolutely ridiculous and they just keep upping them every month. The crime in the apartments is absolutely absurd! You have kids who steal the carts. That are meant for management and late at night around 1 o’clock in the morning. You will hear them screeching around in the parking lot for hours! You will hear of domestic dispute Arguments in the middle of the night! I can’t even begin to start to describe all that is wrong with these apartments! I highly encourage everyone to stay away from here and don’t be fooled by the front office, because that is the most Well kept building, and it is the only well kept building in the whole apartment complex. You will pay for trash, and there will be several days where it will not be picked up. The cameras in the apartment complex don’t work so don’t bother thinking your vehicles are protected. You have to pay five dollars a night for parking, (per vehicle) which ends up being thousands of extra dollars at the end of the year. Again, don’t be fooled by the good reviews because those are coming from people who have not yet experienced what it’s like to live in these very old rundown apartments. You will put in maintenance request that will never get done. And maintenance will regularly access your apartment when you’re gone and you won’t even know about it. I no longer feel safe living here by myself with my young daughter As there is no telling when maintenance is going to come through the door."

"I contacted the Leasing Office at the Villages of Cypress Creek to schedule a tour and wanted to commend the customer service I received from Craig. He was so professional and willing to answer all of my questions. It was nice to hear someone sound so enthusiastic about his job at a time where customer relations are not the greatest. I would like to say based on my first interaction with this Community, I am feeling excited about the possibilities of becoming a resident here. :)"

"Where should I start?? The administration in the office is extremely rude and unwilling to help. Worst service ever. I have been living here for 5 and a half years. Initially it seemed like a nice place with lots of green area, but this community has been going down and getting worse every year. They have changed management several times and each time it is worse, but they keep on adding bogus services they want you to pay for. The common areas are always extremely dirty, full of trash, dirt and cobwebs. The paint in the common areas is falling off you feel like this is some rundown place. They will show new renters a beautiful apartment, in a well kept building, but the rest of the community is falling apart. So when they get into their actual apartment they realize it is not the same. The noise inside the apartment is terrible. You can here your neighbors walking on the floor above and snoring in the apartment next door. I'm guessing the walls are just too thin. There is no peace. Maintenance Takes a long time to take care of any requests. They offer a gated community, but the remote to the entrance gate has been broken for over six months and they haven't gotten that fixed. All this shows how poorly managed this community is. They recently hired a company for the packages hub that requires your credit card so they can charge extra if you don't pick up your packages within 2 days , even though they already charge the residents a fixed amount for this service. What if your are away for a couple of days? Then you will pay extra for your packages. They charge for valet trash pick up, but the company doesn't always come so you are stuck with lots of trash bags set out in front of doors, inviting all kinds of critters. I can't wait until my lease is up and we move out of here."
