"My family will not be renewing our lease here. Kathleen is rude. They add charges without notice & will lie to you saying they’ll return your call to see what’s going on but don’t, OF COURSE. 2 years here and never had an issue but it’s definitely time to go when the lease is up."

"This is the worse apartments ever! I moved here despite all of the horrible reviews thinking how bad could it really be…but LET ME TELL YOU! Management is horrible the “manager” is so rude and unprofessional it’s actually crazy! Within days of me moving in things were breaking down and not working. The apartment complex itself is unclean and they have no staff ensuring this place is being kept up with. These are apartments are not safe… tire theft and car break ins! On top of everything if you think you’ll get help with anything that’s going on, you won’t. Management continues to say they’ll get to it and never do! It’s so sad that these people like to ruin peoples lives instead of just doing their jobs and having some type of decent management! What a joke! DO NOT MOVE HERE!"

She was able to show me multiple units and found one that best suited what I needed when I was indecisive, she's well informed and down to Earth so come check her out when you're looking to move!"

"Recently moved out, but stayed at this complex for nearly 2 years, and honestly can say my experience here was pretty good. Their maintenance crew were always responsive and timely, leasing agents were helpful when needed, the property upkeep on the apartment's behalf was consistent. Communication via email or door step letters to residents was treated as priority. And most importantly of all for me personally, or in my personal experience, this apartment complex had ZERO Pest problems (Never saw 1 roach), even when I left dirty dishes out. If I had to circle back to apartments near the beltway 8 or 290 area, I'd probably choose them again."

"I’ve been living at Ariana for almost a year and I truly enjoy the property. The neighborhood is perfect for anyone with kids especially. Alicia has made my experience here GREAT. She’s been with Ariana for quite sometime and you can tell she works hard to make sure each of her tenants are happy with the time spent living on the property. I’ve had a couple maintenance requests all of which were completed quickly, very thankful for that. I know everyone has their own experiences but I’d definitely stop by to see the property for yourself! It’s beautiful! If you stop by ask for Alicia, or Kathleen!"
