"A friend lives here and in a cottage that was nice. But, he had to have surgery requiring rehab for several months, his wife had to be put in a nursing home due to that and they charged him with breaking his lease, now making it impossible for him to rent again! With seniors that are going to have health problems beyond their control you would think they would show grace and mercy and not ruin a person’s chances of getting another place once recovered. He could not stop keep the place plus pay for a rehab facility. This is just wrong."

"Maintenance is not maintaining the apartments. When something breaks they will always try to blame the resident. The building materials are cheap, so things break all of the time. They try to make the resident pay for repairs to the apartment, even though they own it! Management stinks, and that is putting it nicely."

"Terrible place to live can't trust maintenance and office staff not to go through your personal belongings when away. They also have the tendency to blame new tenants for damages that may have been caused by a member of their staff or previous tenants."

"I am moving here from TN and I came to look at this apartment with my dog because clearly I wouldn't leave him in the car, and as soon as we walked in the door he told me I couldn't bring my dog in. So I decided that this was not the place for us to live. The black guy was disrespectful so yea I had better luck at the Eldridge Parkway anyway!!! So thanks but no thanks!!!"

"My experience here that I became very depressed living here then any place I every lived. Elevator smell like dog pits, people smoking that coming through my air conditioning vent and cigarettes bits. The manager have no respects for these Ederly one. I'm out but I have not got all my things out yet because I'm under the weather."
