"These apartments has switched owners so many times to the point where it's getting ridiculous and not only that going without hot water is ridiculous and no notice sent out until tenants call and start complaining. Every new owner they done had in the last few months have been in and out and each one has not gotten the boiler fixed yet. And not only that the gas smell that has been going for months."
"Seriously DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! The plumbing & roaches is always a problem. After months of work order request they fixed my sink which i couldn’t use for 2 months. We haven’t been able to receive mail for almost 1.5 months to the apartments and i Can not go to the post office due to work hours. The managers are always rude and never give you answers. Had to pay for a new MANDATORY gate card $25 and the gate stays open almost everyday and night. They add ridiculous fees and don’t even fix the problems. The roaches are everywhere and there’s mice by the trash cans. I reported the complex to the Houston city health department hopefully the plumbing and water Will be fixed soon since i haven’t heard back from the office."
