"Don't move here they Change management every few months and the office is never the same u don't pay for your water u pay for everyone's water 80 dollars sometimes a 100 and its only me u paying for all them people in your town house group the pool is only clean from may June to August that's when they do they renting sales the parents don't care about they kids honestly cuz they be unsupervised all the time they get In the pool with colored clothes and the pool turns green management will start repairs and leave yhe repairs.then the next company would make us reliable on damages they made .no one answers the phone there and I call multiple times since June to get my refund which I hadn't received not one check. They don't take out ya trash it will sit there for days in proper trash bag."

"I want my money... I paid a $400.00 dollar deposit and this apartment complex is trying to say there is no history of me living here because they changed management. I left the apt in perfect condition the manger walked the unit..I have called and the receptionist acts like she's going to figure it out and never gives me a response or resolution..I was a good tenant here and I didn't deserve this. I want my money"

"I have lived here for 2yrs consecutively and I have never been late or missed a rent payment. Recently 6/13/23 my car was STOLEN while parked INSIDE the gate. My fire arm was also stolen and Wallet with ID. I am afraid to go back into my apartment. It’s not safe here knowing somebody has my wallet, unit number & firearm. I have requested to be released from my lease. And No response. How dare they call themselves a community but there is ‘unity’ in the word. I am asking to be safe, and this property will not keep you safe. Please be aware. Currently still no update ! I’ve called and emailed multiple times. And no care or response is given."

"Update: it has now been over 8 months and I have not been able to get in contact with anyone for a security deposit return. Anna and the management company are nice and trying to fix the serious damage that was handed off to them, but there are issues I don’t think a new company or staff can fix. This place is shady as hell, I would avoid this place at all costs unless you’re truly desperate for a place to live. Pros: Has three pools Cons: Had a month long flooding/leak issue and was told to cooperate and let them do their jobs when I called and asked for updates. Never any consistent communication and always had to initiate contact. They entered my apartment without 24 notification multiple times (once when I was in the SHOWER and another when I was sleeping). Had six different management changes before my year lease was over. Paid for bed bug treatment, when I spoke with the exterminator in person and showed him the traps/pictures he confirmed that they were not bed bugs, did not get my money back. Have not received my security deposit back because management changed (again) and they did not communicate with the new team (shocker). Took almost a month for them to reply back to an apartment I applied for, I had to walk in multiple times to personally check in and ask what barriers there were to verifying this If you have the chance to pick another place to live, please do. I can see no benefits to living here and actively counted down the months until I could leave."
