"I’ve been having issues with my apartment people for like 3 months in a row where I’ve been having to pay extra money and whenever I call they get to so rude and defensive on the call with no valid explanation and I’m sick and tired of going through this. The first one was me adding a vehicle on reservered which i am very much aware that it’s $40 plus extra, at first they charged me $37 which got taken out of my account then charged me another $40 a week later I called them to ask why I had to pay the $37 and I didn’t get a valid explanation after so much back and forth they asked me to come to the office which makes no sense because I’m a worker like them as well. The second one after a month I took the vehicle off my lease and it got approved and they still charged me $40 I didn’t have the strength to complain because I didn’t want to go back and forth hoping this month things would change. Third time, which is today I got charged extra $40 on my rent as well and I called them immediately and they were getting so defensive and yelling on the phone as well telling me I was suppose to come to the office to remove the car when it was never at anytime mentioned like I don’t understand after removing it from the app how am I suppose to assume that I am suppose to remove it. There was also a time that they towed my friend car even after parking in the visitors and we went to the office and they started yelling at all of us. I am not sure why living in an apartment should be this complicated when I pay my rent at due times and never had to go back and forth with them."

"this is the worst apartment you can ever get. their staff are rude, unprofessional and do not like to assist tenant on whatever request they need. even when you call them, the staff will ask to call back and would never return your calls. if i could give it a zero star i would because i have never seen an apartment that does not care about their tenants. they act like you are living in the apartment for free when you are billing the bills. they are only interested in getting rent and late fees from tenants. the apartment lacks security and staff are very unfriendly. i am kinda frustrated living here already and can not wait to move out..."

The place is great, all round great place to live in and for sure having an assistant manager like Neri can assure that you’ll always have someone to help with any concerns"
