"All of the staff here was absolutely amazing! Especially Ld, she took care of our sweet boy during his procedure, kept him snuggled tight and made sure we felt comfortable with the process as well as ensuring we were fully informed & prepared for recovery."

"We loved my son’s doctor and his nurse staff. Surgery scheduling department is a different story. Called multiple times before my son’s procedure to verify our owed amount every time it was we have not verified it. Finally the week before the procedure they had an amount. We payed it when needed. We were in shock we received an additional bill for more than what we originally paid. When I called about it, I was never able to speak to the department again and talked to many others and several were rude. I was questioned many times as to why I had only paid the lower amount. (It honestly seems that our insurance was not verified, since we also received another bill from the facility also. Between the two we were expected to pay an additional $1,500.)"

"Dr. Prieto is an Angel, and he has a very special place in our hearts. Two weeks after having COVID, my 3-year-old son had hematuria (blood in the urine) and a few hours after arriving at the hospital, an ER doc told me he had rhabdomyosarcoma (cancer) in his bladder. This was a nightmare. The next day, Dr. Prieto performed the first of two biopsies on Benjamin. Each time, Dr. Prieto took time to explain the procedure, discuss the results, and to talk about how to move forward. When the situation became even more challenging, Dr. Prieto took enormous amounts of time to discuss every concern my wife and I had, encouraged me to seek independent verification of his judgment and his proposal to move forward, and understood when we asked for time to consider how best to care for our son. At one point, I asked him what he would do if this were his child and he assured me that the path he had recommended was the exact one he would pursue if it were his child. Ultimately the procedure Dr. Prieto and his team recommended and which we pursued was uncommon for pediatric patients, but we could tell that Dr. Prieto has a God-given gift and we felt thoroughly comfortable placing our precious boy in his hands. Keep in mind that after having COVID, we all tested positive for weeks (even though we were no longer 'infectious'). Everyone else in the hospital treated us as pariah. Dr. Prieto could sense, I think, that we were hurting very badly and needed a more personal encounter and he was there, assuring us, hugging us, and discussing with us face-to-face the serious issues we were facing. The entire thing lasted a month (thanks SNOWVID 2021), but we always felt like if we needed to talk about something with Dr. Prieto, he would make time for it. I will not soon forget him telling me that "if you do not believe in God, this should be an event that will change your life." Well, we already did, but this was a situation that tested our faith and we earnestly believe Dr. P to be a healer sent to us by God. While I cannot guarantee outcomes, I can tell you that we see him as an Angel. I work with doctors, hospitals and other healthcare providers. I know how impersonal healthcare can be in 2021, especially with COVID in the world. Dr. Prieto stands head and shoulders above his colleagues. I cannot recommend him highly enough. Thank you Dr. P."
