"I never had any issues except for the parking. It’s SO hard to FIND a parking space. Management was nice.. I lived here for a few months (6) when I first moved to Houston, just needed a place to stay until i was able to find something else closer to work and a safer area for a female. Over all , I had a good experience while living in this apartment complex. Aaron was always courteous and respectful, His costumer service skills are a 5⭐️. But to the Apartment complex, The 4 star rating is because well it was just a place I lived in. Some of the neighbors were kinda shady but management has nothing to do with it. And also the parking issues. Many times I had to park far away. Otherwise I did have a good experience living here."

"This complex is AWFUL! The apartment was not move in ready ! Aaron & the Property manager was nice until i presented my issues. They come in your home without notice and try to make it seem like you’re the problem. It feels like my floor is about to fall through the downstairs roof. Roaches, Electrical issues. My neighbor across from me had a lot of issues as well & they threatened to kick him out because he kept complaining. PLEASE DON’T MOVE HERE!"

"I will be very honest with my review. I was impressed with the apartment and how we were treated at the beginning of the lease. There were some issues in the apartment which they took care of very quickly; the staff 'Claudia', 'Karen' and 'Aaron' have always been very impressive. But what I don`t like is how there is an increase of over 10% rent just after 6 months lease and how the manager has not very polite with us discussing about the lease renewal process."
