"It started great when we first moved to arcadia at westheimer. These apartments totally went downhill afterwards. Once they kept switching managements. From when Harvey hit. The roach infestation is worse than ever before. The leaks are worse than ever before. I mean when we there one of things that urked me and my family so much through it all is how they would get maintenance to certain places when they had the time, not when people actually needed it. In the last townhouse we were in, the issues were all being fixed at the last minute when we made the decision to leave once our lease was up."
"I gave timely notice and moved out and am still fighting to get my deposit back. They always tell me to wait for the manger who is never available. I've been calling almost a month to speak with this manager who is always busy and still can't get in touch. And that's just moving out. Living there of course was worse that's why I didn't renew. Trash all over the place and only one dumpster in a section full to the brim almost every other day. They need an extra one to avoid all the overflow causing vultures to literally swarm the place. We keep a clean dwelling and still had issues with roaches. Rent might be cheap & moving specials enticing... but its not worth all the trouble in the end."
