"Just want to say that the front office and maintenance (truly, the maintenance team is top tier) has been very responsive and helpful during my time at San Brisas. Maintenance requests were handled same day (unless a huge ask) and the grounds are always well maintained. My neighbors are really nice and the wall are thick so I don't hear people living beside me. Only issue for me is the lack of visitor parking at night but that's a given with how apartments have their own guaranteed parking. I definitely recommend San Brisas if you're looking for an apartment community that feels like a quiet subdivision."

"Beware! Archaic and lazy leasing team relies on a 2-second Google Maps check for employer verification, dismissing remote work and online businesses. Ignores concrete evidence like pay stubs, bank statements showing salary credits, and legitimate websites. Clueless about how to verify a provided employer number, leaving you wondering if they know what they're doing. Refuses to contact provided employer references, including the CEO. Unacceptable disregard for applicants' time, money and effort. To add insult to injury, they'll keep your application fees even if they can't be bothered to properly verify your employment. Poor service from the start doesn't bode well for resident experience. Steer clear!""

"NON RESIDENT REVIEW: I just wanted to come and exclusively leave a 5 star review for Stephanie in the front office. She is amazing! She was very friendly and answered all of my questions (and believe me, I asked a lot). The apartments are really nice at first glance but I encourage anyone looking to go see for yourself as I am not a current tenant. One thing I can say is that I did feel a strong sense of safety upon entering the complex."

"I left my apartment 2 weeks ago, in a better shape than when I rented it out a year ago. I was suppose to get my full security deposit back. Only to find out that Travis, one of the staff, decided to subtract a 125 dollars for cleaning the carpet and kitchen counter even though I left the carpet and the kitchen more clean than when I moved in. They also subtracted another 125 dollars for water, carbage collection for 85 days even though I paid all but the first month since water was not billed until a month later. I consider this as a theft. Shame on you San Brisas You cannot be trusted"

"We have lived at San Brisas since 2017 and have loved living here for the last 6 years. The pool is a true resort-style pool, and the park onsite is bustling with all the children who live in this community and is wonderful for our son. We have built friendships with our neighbors that will continue for life. Our experience with management has been extremely amazing. The entire staff that helps run this community are A++!! Anything we need is attended to promptly and courteously and we are so blessed to have them."
