"This is Omar . I spent more than two years in my apartment, and it was one of the most beautiful places I have ever lived. Calmness, safety, services, cleanliness...the gym, and stunning landscapes. I liked the place very much. office staff is absolutely wonderful, their smiles and treatment are nice. The staff is very nice they actually care about my living conditions by immediately assisting to my needs and I am so glad I chose this place."

"I applied for an apartment on Chandler Park Apartment's website because it clearly showed it was available and I was interested. But guess what? Two whole days later, they bother to call me just to inform me that the apartment was leased out a whopping week ago! What a joke. So, naturally, I asked for my application fee back, only to be met with a big fat "nope, sorry, can't do that." I mean, seriously, why the heck wouldn't you refund my money? You guys admit the apartment was already taken a week ago, yet it's still showing as available on your blasted portal. Whose fault is it that I applied for an available apartment? Yours, apparently, but oh no, it's just a "system error" and they won't give me back my cash. Give me a break! Do they think we're all idiots? Every dollar counts, and we expect something in return for it, whether our application is accepted or rejected. And why the hell are they still advertising unavailable apartments? It's nothing short of fraud, plain and simple. Just stealing money from desperate applicants. Disgusting."

"Came here today for a tour. The 1 leasing agent that was there only had one person waiting. The lady was sitting at her desk for about 5 minutes because the phone rung. The lady just got up and left. Leasing agent didn’t say anything or try to stop her. So I waited about 10 minutes and she treated me as if I wasn’t even there as well so I left and she just didn’t care. Not I would be with you soon or anything"

"Hello Everyone!!! I been live here for 2 years mmm is too many bad things have to be change!! The gate is wirelles but it will be easier if you can open with the app!!! The only pretty and remarkable thing about this apartment are the green áreas this is like makeup for a ugly woman it just an appearance is a shame the owner don't invest in this place because is cute so far have a good ubication!!! But bad manage and the breaking ins are unexplainable JUST DO A GOOD MAINTENANCE!!!! Oh My God I just found a roach in my Bathroom!!! Where is pest control!!!! Help!!!!! Fix the Jacuzzi UPDATE: I am still give these apartments 1 star. The people that administrate now are unprofessional, they force to be kind but they actually they aren't. I left the apartment in september, I suppose to pay a fee for they restore the apartment and they never let me know about this, they just sent me direct to debts collections that mean my credit could be damage for the lack of professionalism and negligence of them. Thanks to God I answer that call the woman from collections let me know what happened, and also let me know my credit won't be affected because I was paying on time. But the anger I felt in this moment was to much. I didn't have problem to pay but the mediocrity and stupidity of the chandler apartments people ( leasing manager) are disgusting."

"I absolutely LOVE my apartment! I’ve been living here a little over 3 years. It was a rough start with the prior office staff, however the current staff are amazing. They actually care about my living conditions by immediately assisting to my needs and great with following up. I also appreciate how they maintain the premises and landscaping, and I especially love the quietness at all times. It brings me a lot of peace and I feel safe especially with my daughter."
