"These apts. were nice at first but now they are going down. They have trash everywhere, I guess they don’t have anyone to clean it up because the trash is just piling everywhere. There’s vomit and trash on the elevators. Today I got off the elevator and someone ate crawfish and just threw it all over the ground right in front of the elevator. People hang their blankets and clothing off their patio like it’s some project in the hood. Even mattress on the patio. Dog poop all over the sidewalk and parking lot. The rent is very pricey, and the maintenance do not know how to fix anything. My stove has been broken for the last two years I lived here. They came out and fixed it and it brakes within an hour. So, it just doesn’t make any sense to keep calling them to fix it. The sprinkler system is horrible, every time it gets really cold, they bust and flood out apts. At this point they just move anyone into the apartment. Also, they have multiple Airbnb apts. on this property. You can stay in the hood and payless and deal with this."
"The unit is spacious, with modern facilities. You don’t even have to get a gym membership, because they have a well equip gym… And Maria was absolutely helpful through the tour."
