Oak Grove Apartments

"I would not recommend these apartments they are very unprofessional. My mother applied for these apartments in Dec for a move in Date of 2-12-24. These apartments sent emails daily of a checklist she had to list of changing her renters insurance, lights etc all of which had to be done by her move in date. She paid deposits for all.her services including cable since they were all different from her current place of residence. We go on the 12th to get her key because 1 we already had movers coming that evening and two we had a family death and were needing to go out of town for a funeral, so we wanted most of the stuff moved out her old place so we could just do a deep clean when we came back. Well to our surprise we go and find out she had no apartment due to the previous tenants not moving out and noone informed her. They said they would figure it out since she told them it had to be a 1st floor due to her being 65 and having health issues. She called twice and they told her they would get back to her she emailed twiced to no avail, so she went up there and was told the manager Kirk was at lunch and they would call her when he got back. She had told the woman Sophia(i believe her name was)she would be willing to downgrade to a 1 bedroom on the 1st floor for the time being because her current apartment has already been rented out so she needed a place. The lady told her she wasn't there the day prior and had no idea what was going on so she couldn't help her. My mom who is 65 and retired literally cried on her way home because she was going to be homeless in less than 2 weeks and now we have to hurry and find a place for her to move because she wants her own space and not stay with me and my family while looking. Since we are in a rush we can't go to the funeral because we have to go searching and applying all over again. These apartments dropped the ball and their communication was horrible, I DO NOT RECOMMEND if they will do this to an older person they will do it to anyone."

"The Beginning of my lease here at Oak Grove Apartments has been very eventful and Interesting. The staff here are more than cooperative and they made everything easy for me to move in. I love the amenities they provide along with the on-call maintenance that helps with our minor problems throughout our stay. I will recommend these Apartments and give them a great rating every time."

I am happy to say that I am very happy with management and staff at this location : 10770 Barely Ln. especially Ms. Luisa Reyes who is very knowledgeable, courteous and professional . I also want to acknowledge and congratulate Ms. Stacy who as well is very professional and courteous. also acknowledging, Manager: Mr. Kurt For having a great staff working under him. as well as keeping the property in great condition. "They did not hesitate to reach back with me same day to let me know if I was approved or not which I was. I was greeted with a warm welcome and smooth move in process with Oak Grove. I also love how quiet and peaceful the community is. The staff are very professional and kind people. Highly recommend these apartment homes as your first stop to check out if you are looking to rent."

"Love how quiet the area is. My neighbors are pleasant and friendly. Everyone is kind in the complex. I did have an issue that I’ve gone to the office to try to get resolved and also emailed with no update status. Went in again but met with Luisa for the first time and she was able to resolve immediately on the spot. Luisa is great! I enjoy living here, and everyone so far has been kind."
