"one of the worst place to life you can't even put your shoes or toys outside without getting a fee of more than 50 or 100 dollars. the office employers do not respect and do not listen to their residents, the place just has one trash can if you live on the other sides of the place you have to walk to throw your trash."

"I would give these apartment complex a zero star I would not recommend moving here at all please don’t waste your time moving here the staff is horrible and rude they won’t help with anything and to get things done or fix you have to keep reminding them and call again and again so I recommend taking to them video the conversation because they we’ll lie I’m happy I moved out this month also they don’t give deposit back and the mail box keep can open up other mails because I told my sister to open my mailbox and she open the wrong one that is not okay also they almost made me not get in the apt I’m in now because they lied and said the didn’t get the apartment verification information and I called and the one girl said she had it and waiting for the manger to do it than hours pass and I walk up there and they said they still didn’t have it but when the women went to get the manager I look behind the screen and see the verification she was being lazy and didn’t want to do it than my new apartment and said they sent it twice to falls of west okas and then the MANAGER from FALLS OF WEST OKAS WAS BEING SO RUDE TO MY NEW APARTMENT PEOPLE saying that she is lying and they did not get nothing but I took a screenshot and showed that they have it but please don’t waste you’re time applying here they might delete this but I will do it again and do my review"

"These people are not the best. I have been lied to and told that the supervisor is not available, then once my sister appeared in the office the supervisor was sitting in her office. They have Spanish speaking staff answer the phone who cant understand English. So when you call and you don't speak English you cant get questions answered. One time I complained about my door frame being cracked and I couldn't lock my door, which made me scared for me and my kids safety and belongings. They said that I kicked my door in, and it was my fault so they couldn't replace it. After a week of arguing with them they finally came and fixed my door, they didn't replace the frame they just bootlegged it and jammed some caulk in the crack. I have no more energy left for these people. They have no compassion there tenets. And treat us as if we are suppose to live in slums. The maintenance men are GREAT however. And the complex is QUIET at night. But the parking is horrible, the plumbing system sucks. And the owners only do what they can to keep everything together , rather than investing quality products into the apartment. Im more than prepared to go to court with these people. Whats sad is because they have proved to be liars. I made them sign my 30 day notice to vacate and date it, so that they wont have they opportunity to say that I broke my lease. Cant wait to get away from these unprofessional people."

"I love this place they keep it clean workers work ver heard, nice and quite. If u hear anything different they are lying!! Awesome place to live!! ------ Now it's a whole new year with the same apartments. management has gone down. They have ended the services the advertise, maintenance has gone down. Its even been times feces is in the parking lot, all over!! More than one occasion. When I first moved here I could not recommend a better place. There's no 24 hour emergency maintenance also there isn't 24 hour concierge as they advertise."
