"I was super busy and emailed mostly back-and-forth with Destiny the leasing agent. She made my move super easy. I didn’t have to do anything but come in pay, sign and get the keys. Everyone in their office is super sweet and helpful and always available. My first month here they already have invited me to an event which unfortunately I couldn’t stay long, but it was awesome for the a few minutes I was there. Dropping some pictures of Black History Bingo Night."

"I used to like this complex. I’ve had many issues but I’ve never really had management issues. Now this place is horrible. Dogs barking at all hours like 3 in the morning consistently. Neighbors who listen to loud music all night with no regard for their neighbors. Neighbors that scream and yell at all hours. I’ve brought up the issue with management about the barking dog and nothings been done. I haven’t had a full nights sleep in well over a month and it’s miserable. While most of my issues are with neighbors and not the office there’s a lot of other things that make this place hard to live in like their lack of security. Myself and many neighbors have had their cars either broken into or stolen. We pay for trash yet trash picks up whenever they feel like it and they only pickup what they feel like. Their rules state “broken down boxes” yet they’ve left broken down boxes for days. The positives… the maintenance guys have always been very nice and fast. The complex is old and everything is dated but when I’ve had issues maintenance has been quick to resolve. They’ve raised rent every year and offer nothing new. They don’t really care who moves in and don’t really take care of tenets that have been here for a while by not taking their complaints seriously. Every year I’m here things seem to get worse and no one is too bothered by this."

"SCAM WARNING! BEWARE! THEY DO NOT OFFER OR GUARANTEE PRESELECTED ROOMMATE MATCHING UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. Park West's application process and lease terms are VERY misleading, and their online availability status is also inaccurate. We applied for a 3 bedroom online because it was "available" online and my son had 2 other roommates lined up. When he called to ask the status of his application he was told there were no more 3 bedroom apartments available for he and his roommates, but as an individual he would be placed in a 3 BR unit but not with his friends. In reality then, there were no more 3BR units available. Had the website explained this we would not have applied at all. I called PW and spoke to Nick the property manager, explained the situation, and asked for a refund of the $50 application fee since this was a misunderstanding and the website was inaccurate. I was told they can't refund the application fee under any circumstance. If Park West can't even provide a $50 refund over a misunderstanding based on the inaccuracy of their own website, then I'm glad we're staying somewhere else. They clearly are mismanaged, shady, and unhelpful. Just avoid this place and their unhelpful staff."

"I used to stay there a year ago and I paid off all my rent, I took all trashes out and and I placed work orders before get out of my apartment and they charge me without letting me know for damages and send my name to the debt collector. And after four months, I realized that I am in the debt collection. And it affects my credit. You have to be more professional than that. After moved out of your apartment, I check “my residence App” to see if I had an unpaid bills. And nothing was shown. I did not owned any penny to you. But after four months a debt collector informed me that you guys send my name over there. You deserve zero stars for that."

"Let me Start with my leasing agent Destiny! She is amazing, great communication, willing to help! She has definitely made moving in easy as possible. Also, the other two ladies were very kind and sweet. This move have been the absolute easiest I could remember. Thank you Park West for such an Amazing staff team!"
