"I have been living here for half a year now and I like how it's pretty quiet I don't see or hear cars driving to fast so it's pretty safe for people and kids to be outside over all it's not a bad place to live for what they charge"

"This complex is terrible. The office doesnt take anything seriously plus they are racist. If you’re not Hispanic don’t move here. They let the kids damage property without accountability of the parents. They lie on residents that hold them accountable. The list goes on. They do not respect you here.complex needs to be shut down."

"Do not move to any of these Michael Steven properties unless you want to be treated like you do not matter. This is not a community that fosters support and love. You’re an apt number and an invoice. They make THOUSANDS a month in extra fees and late fees and they don’t even put it back into the property. They charge you for everything, there is no flexibility whatsoever and the amenities are subpar. If you’re going to pay to rent go somewhere that fosters community and support. Go to s as place where you’re treated like a human being and not $$$ in their pockets. I assure you this place isn’t IT."

"When I first moved in (2019) everything was good it was mrs Sandra in the office she was the best ! over the time it was different people in and out of the leasing office . This year was the complete worse leasing people did completely nun but hassle with you ! My tires and rims were stolen off of my vehicle n they put on 2 bricks the leasing company offered nothing but a extra stay and a new lease!!! I believe it was a inside job my car was the only one that was left on bricks what a joke not to mention I didn’t get my security deposit back . They take forever to fix anything as well you have to keep bugging them and if you go to the office they act like they forgot you even said anything. The people on the third floor flooded their bathroom it took them Atleast a month to fix it after I kept calling and emailing . Also in addition to my other vehicle window was busted out they offered to post flyers about the situation. That was it"
