"I contacted them as I needed an apartment. However the apartment they had recommended started seeming less desirable after it wasn't ready to move-in over a week after the day the leasing agent had said I could move in. The leasing office was also closed most part of the day and it was almost impossible to get a hold of the leasing agent. I communicated this with the Here To Help realty agent so that we could work together in finding some other places as I was now living in a hotel due to the incompetence of the other apartment's office manager/leasing agent. However, they seemed unwilling to work with me as they kept insisting that I wait for that apartment to finish the repairs which they hadn't started a week after my supposed move-in date. I felt very frustrated with this company because they wasted my time, I they need to listen more to the client. I easily and quickly was able to get an apartment on my own soon after. I wish I had done that to begin with. It would have saved me time and money."
