"Ordered a mc crispy and all I got was a dry sandwich. No mayo, no vegetables, nor sauce of any kind. Just bread and a piece of chicken. Did not realize until we were already on the road, so couldn’t go back. A waste of money."

"This past Wednesday I went through Drive-Thru for breakfast. From the time that I ordered until I got to the window to pick up my food it was 14 minutes and there were only 5 people in front of me. When I got to the pick-up window I was asked to move forward and wait even though the guy in front of me had sat at the window for five minutes. All I had ordered was a chicken biscuit and a hash brown. How was this not ready in 14 minutes? I moved forward and proceeded to wait another 12 minutes before a young man brought my food out. I asked him why it took so long and he stated that they were busy. But in those 12 minutes that I had sat there 10 other cars had pulled around me. To top off the whole horrible experience, I got to work and looked in the bag and there were no hash browns. Never ever again will I visit a McDonald's especially this McDonald's since evidently the customer is not the priority."
