"I’ve been here 2 1/2 years . Christina is always helpful. No complaints about the office staff or the unit itself. All the units come with washer and dryer inside them. The bad thing is that the office is barely open. I think they only work 2 days a week. There’s hardly visitor parking (they only have 7 spaces for visitors) and the worst thing is the new tenants in building 11 with the race car Honda and the black truck plays LOUD banging music ALL NIGHT until 4 in the morning and management does absolutely nothing about it. So if you have to work in the morning you are not going to get any sleep and God forbid you have a child because neither of you are going to get any sleep."

"Don’t ever move here. The office staff will never assist with anything that needs repairs. There are cockroaches everywhere! When you go and tell the office staff they say “That is strange, that usually never happens” There are people who don’t even live here taking up the parking spots and nothing is ever done about it! So glad I’m moving out of here soon. Worst apartment living I have ever experienced in my life!!!!!!"

"The front desk lady's aren't helpful at all, they say one thing and than the next say something else. They are always cutting off the water sewers. And when one toilet got clogged up they did some work but my apt restrooms was always water coming out! As well as they don't have many visitors parking so by 8 they always had tow trucks towing cars. I would not recommend this place to anyone."

"The apartment remodeling is great. They have new cabinets in the kitchen, new fridge, new stove, new microwave BUT BUT BUT the management! Not everyone, just Christina, she has a bad attitude. We were expecting our deposit back but they kept it. We finished our contract on time, paid our last bills, without a notice of other payments. Christina even told us she was going to send a deposit if everything in the aparment was in good condition, and it was because I'm a very clean person, but that wasn't the case! I guess they're trying to get richer!!"

"Avistar apartments I must is the place to live very quiet yes peaceful night and day , Cristina amazing, Jackie when you going here to rent just be honest they will give you a second chance at renting. These ladies always smiling very professional at what they say I will be here for a long time everything is updated comes with washer and dryer built in microwave yayyyy it's nothing bad I can see about this place so YES make Avistar your home you want regret it I promise I gave a 5 star well deserved. Oh yes we do have security yayyyy"
