"I would not classify this as a real caribou coffee. They don't use dark chocolate chips or the milk chocolate chips to make their mocha drinks. They just have some pump syrup that tastes horrible. They also refused to accept the dollar off survey coupons from other Caribou restaurants."
"Went here a while back because the Caribou closest to me had closed. Asked for my favorite drink and they said "no." All it was was a cookies and cream cooler. My Caribou always obliged and had a way more diverse menu than this one. Sad that it had to close and this one is just a hollow shell."
