Even as she worked the office signle handed by herself while i was on the line, she kept me updated as she worked with current residents and potential residents. She was polite courtsey and genuinely cared for me throughout our whole call. If you want to lease I would highly recommend Ms. Rhonda Whitson as your agent to speak with. "I’ve been here 5 years going on 6 this year since me management I have more issues with maintenance the put a broken new refrigerator in my apartment that’s wetting all my food the people in the office don’t return calls the cabinet the remodel break easy that damn corner cabinet!! But mostly my refrigerator it’s going on idk 2 years and multiple requests to remove it an replace it they never in the office the hours are trash the stairway stay filthy the dumpster always over filled be lucky to get to one that’s not I can go on the vent in the bathrooms that stay on has my light bill $200 every month my bill use to me 120 -160 max sincerely get it together my old management would never"

"I have waited over a month to receive my deposit back. I've called multiple times to be able to speak to someone about that and have been put on hold just to be hung up on. The front desk lady is always rude and does not give correct information. She also is annoyed by questions or concerns so definitely don't have those. I definitely felt discriminated against! Definitely need to do better and return deposit as quick as you're able to take them!"

"This place is awful!! I applied for an apartment here almost over a month ago and have yet to get an update on the status. All the calls go to an answering service that just leaves an “urgent message “. They DO NOT CALL BACK NOR EMAIL BACK! Plus there are reviews from people stating that they applied with them and were refused their deposit back because it’s past 30 days, I do not want that happening to me. I’ve even went up to the office to see what’s going on and had to sit there forever because other people were in the office complaining about maintenance. (I left because I had to get back to work)And yes I’ve called the corporate office with no response either. At this point I want my deposit back because if it’s this hard just to get an update there is no telling how hard it’s is to get ahold of someone and you’re a resident. DO BETTER!!!"

"Where can I start? When I first moved here I was very excited that me and my family have a place to be and is big and comfortable. 3 days in and my car got towed from parking in a place that did not have anything marked on it. Moving forward my bathroom kept getting flooded. the apartments moved us to another unit because ours was going through construction. They hired a moving company to help us move and did not want to pay for it saying that we needed to pay for the move. A few months after they moved us back to our old unit and the same issue that we have to pay the moving company that they hired after putting my foot down and explained that that is not my responsibility they paid it. A week into our unit NOTHING works ( dishwasher, toilet, bathrooms lights, drier, etc) after a few months we were not able to even used our patio because our neighbors upstairs kept throwing trash, water, and after multiple complaints the office did nothing. The kids are not allowed to be outside alone or to use the playground. The office manager doesn’t like facing the renters and hides. The assistant manager is rude and definitely racist only friendly with the people of her own race. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your hard working money in here you can go somewhere else."
