"i ordered a couple pizzas and one of them was wrong, i called the store and told them about the situation. They said they would deliver another pizza, but i had to pay for another pizza even though they gave me the wrong pizza. dookie ahh customer service"

"Put a pizza order in online, went to pick it up in 45 minutes as app suggested. Drove 20 minutes then they tell me they are training and they dont know what time my order will be done or when they'll even get to it, 3 more ordered in the window and who knows how many more online orders they had...the least they could have done was given me a courtesy call after the order posted to let me know but I guess they lack customer service... will not be ordering from the carthage location ever again, and I'm a frequent!"
