"ALERT ALERT!!!!!! This place is horrible. I would not recommend this roach infested apartments to ANYBODY. The kids (ages 5-18) are horrible they run around cursing like they adults. Adults fighting because of kids. Maintenance don't fix everything on the list (i still have thing that need to be fix since I've moved in 4mo ago). Over charge water damage. Smoke detectors just goes off for no reason, even after they change them. Neighbors above you sound like they river dancing 24hrs everyday. Office manager rude as I don't know what. If I have a problem i wouldn't want to deal with her that's for sure. Since they close on the weekends the area be all trashed due to no one to come and pick it up. But that just lead back to the people throwing it on the grown when the dumpster right there in sight. Kids walking on your car, hitting them with footballs and anything else you got. They climb over your balcony. They loud in front of your apartment. I don't even let my kids outside. I take them elsewhere to play. This is not it. If I could get every dime I put into this place I would."

"Peaceful community and friendly environment. I love the team at the leasing office, they are friendly and supportive. They smile, listen, and they are helpful. Special kudos to Vicky. She is a sweetheart, I love her for assisting me throughout my process of application. She is very detailed, responding to e-mails and giving updates. God bless every one of you at the leasing office. You all rock!!!"

"As Of March 28th, 2023 My Experience With This Property & Staff Has Been Great So Far! Linda & Elaine Have Been 2 Of The Most Helpful Individuals To Me During My Entire Tedious Moving Process!! The Property Is Well Kept & Free Of Trash & They've Started Renovations On The Property... I Don' Expect PERFECTION I Just Ask For PROMPTNESS & POLITENESS & I've Received It.... Thank You (11-18-2023) Update It Hasn't Been ALL Bad But It's Been Some Issues That Haven't Been Solved & That's Playing A Role Amongst Other Issues!"
