The Hawthorne Apartments

"The roached in my apartment. We are charged $3.00 a month for pest control and we have to request to be on the list. I feel they should charge when they come out or come out every Month like they charged. The parking is outrageous. I feel everyone should get one parking with apartment and any additional can be $40. The carpet get terrible when water is spilled it still contract dirty. My be tile everywhere except for carpet in the bedrooms. The blinds are cheap. When you barley touch them the fall and break. Lately someone was in my parking space and I called and called the towing number and never got anyone. I spent an hour waiting outside for whomever to come and the security needs to speak English, not only Spanish. He was no help. Awhile back I called the ambulance and they had no service to open the gate. The ill person had to go to the front."

"The apartment is good, they work with you at all times. The maintenance department is on point, they don’t waste time with your schedule work. Blanca is good at what she does, she is very helpful and always ready to listen and find a solution to your problem. I will recommend this place as a great place to live"

"The former management is far better than the present. I applaud BLANCA for that. This present one parking spaces is a problem for residents and visitors. Residents have to buy a parking space, if you don't buy, you will end up not having space to park your car in front of your apartment. And the environment are no more clean as before. People move out at the end of there lease, accept those that want to stay close to their job or their children's school."

"To who it may concern, We’ve lived here for almost 2 years now, the place Is great and they have wonderful and welcoming staff and they are always ready to help. The only few issues we’ve had so far is about cockroaches , they sent pest control to take care of it and it’s been reducing now, another issue was about my car which I parked backwards was towed, not knowing there is a law that’s prohibits that but with the help of the staff, we are able to go get it back for free.
