"As a Starbucks addict and proficient menu hacker, I confidently applaud the barista on my drink order today. I made a twist to a drink menu item, and while the cashier was plesantly confused- Jeremiah had been listening and said, "I got it." He not only delivered exactly what I said, but the execution was top-notch. Without divulging the level of Starbucks circles I travel, this was by far the best cup I've had. Jeremiah crafted it so effortlessly and professionally, demonstrating it can be done (without any social media). Great job, Jeremiah."
"Not a good experience at all. Employees are not friendly and that's enough for me. Customer service is the number 1 thing you learn and do when you work with the public. Do not make the customer feel like they are bothering you or more are going to leave without buying anything."
"Service is bit slow as only 2 people working and normally a line. They are polite and make good drinks. They are working with what they have . They are so busy with customers they don't have time to clean the customer area. If planning on sitting in Starbucks instead of drinking while shopping may need to clean the table"
