"Had a friend buy a water heater from this store, got it installed and the tank leaked internally. Took it back and they swapped it out for a better model. Took it home and had it installed (all times by a professional), it had a bad board. The plumber took the board back and they swapped out the board, it too was bad. My friend gave up and bought one from Menards instead. Even though my friend paid cash, they refused to give him his money back, only willing to give him a store credit. I would advise against buying appliances here, or anything expensive. Go spend the money and get a real warranty by buying new at a reputable store."

"Worst experience ever bought hot water heater it leaked took it back exchanged it for different one control board bad in that one drove over to get control board still would not work paid cash for first one can't get money back just store credit"

"I finally got a chance to come see what this store has to offer...I was AMAZED! I didn't have time to check out the entire store, but what I saw was enough to tell me to check here first when I need anything, short of food, for the house/business or other needs. Then to find out they have financing available totally sold me! I will keep checking back until I have everything I need. I can't forget the awesome customer service/sales help...I forget his name, went out of his way to help me experience a power recliner I was interested in. He had to go grab a power cord (that was intricately woven by someone with too much time on their hands); unraveled about 10 feet (this took about 5 minutes); went to the nearest power pole about 50ft and another aisle over away to plug it in, then moved the recliner to the middle of the aisle to plug it in and I could try it out. I'm glad I found it comfortable and good quality after all that work! It's on my short list."
