"We tired to look at your apartments 2 times today. The first time was the scheduled appointment where yevett gave her keys to a man to measure his apartment as we entered to see about looking at the apartments you have available and waited over 40 min in the office and he did not return so she wanted us to come back later. I gave her my name and number when she gets her keys back to call me we are in the area. 3 hours go by so I called the office she said she got her keys so she never reached back out to me. I told her we would be there 30-40 min to see the apartment again and she said see you soon. We arrive and everything is locked up and closed around 1:30-1:40 no answer to phones I called 3 times we even waited no one in office so we just left to look at other places. I am very disappointed in how today went. We have 2 kids a toddler and infant we have dragged along with us knowing if you have kids how much of a struggle that could be taking in and out of car and keeping occupied. If this is how this apartment runs this business I will look elsewhere."
