"Safe community, good price, great management staff and maintenance. Parking is easy and I enjoy how it’s close to Addicks reserve. Only thing I am not a fan of is that you have to pay $55 a month for the laundry machines. Otherwise, I am very happy here!"

"The office staff were very confused about which unit have carpet or wood floors. How can you work there and do not know which unit has carpet and which unit has wood. I made my decision to lease there 1bed or 2bed (I’m very flexible) however Jennifer gave me the false information about the floor, she told me the 2bd Hampton I am applying is all wood floor and I can move in immediately. After I applied, Tajmah called me and she said the floor is all carpet and it won’t be ready later on. Then, I told them don’t worry about it because I don’t like carpet even if I already wasted 215 dollars for applying. Next, Jennifer called me to explain that unit 816 is wood floor but has carpet in bedrooms because she physically walked in there. Then I was like please send me a picture before I sign the lease. After that they never got back to me. Until I signed a lease with someone else they called, I had to drop the application. They were very nice at the beginning but as soon as you are locked in they don’t care anymore! I felt like I’m tricked. I’m not happy with this ending. Finally! If you ever decide to rent there please please ask them to show you the exact unit that you are renting if not, you will get a total difference unit!"

"The staff was inefficient, rude, and treated us like suspected criminals. It was nearly impossible to get anyone on the phone during the application process and it was drawn out for almost three weeks. At our new apartment we were approved the same day.. go anywhere else. When they finally did deny our application they were afraid to say so. I had gone in person several times and spoken on the phone and they acted like everything was fine. Until the last visit I went with my husband and she said “it doesn’t look like it is going to get approved.” I overheard the girl who helped us saying to the supervisor “There’s no holes between the bank statements and pay stubs from this job, but there’s no..” referring to my husbands account and deposits (he has two jobs). Instead of calling the companies he works for, which have store fronts, can be found on google, to verify his work or his length of employment or anything else they had questions about, they decided they didn’t like their “feelings” about it. Ignoring the fact we had been living at a nicer complex just down the street and were paying $600 MORE per month, had never been late with a payment, and had a great relationship with the property management. There were some fairly nice ladies here but they wasted our time, were not very professional since they couldn’t give simple answers and do not answer the phone often."
