"Rude and disgusting manager that served nasty overcooked cheap pizza. Like they say, "You get what you pay for." Beware the attitudes and gross pizzas!"

"Yeah, I thought I would give this place a second chance, but I won't be coming back either. The atmosphere is just filled with negative vibes, and the owner, or whoever he is, never speaks and lacks any customer service experience. I don't understand why people would own an establishment like this if they aren't going to be friendly to everyone."

"Very clean establishment. Owners have always been extremely kind to me. The pizza and stuffed bread were absolutely delicious. No complaints here, just a thank you!"

"Watch your credit/debt cards here. This guy will overcharge you. He actually charged my credit card and told me it didn't go through, so i handed him my debt card, and i was charged twice on two different accounts for the same order. On top of that, this guy will gladly sell you a pizza that has been on the warmer for hours instead of throwing it in the trash. The cheese will be darker than fresh, and the dough is extremely tough to chewy. The price of a pizza at this place has been inflated compared to any other Little Ceasars for a few years now. Was charged $35.xx for 3 pizzas, 2 of which were bacon and pineapple, and one was sausage. Hardly any bacon on either of these. Sausage was so old that my 6 year old started crying when she saw it and refused to eat it. Haven't been back there since. Ordered the wings one night, and the wings were literally cut at the joints and then cut in half again. What a joke. I was a regular customer for several years and have decided to spend my money somewhere else."

"I went to this location to order some pizza for my kids. I told him I wanted two pepperoni and one cheese pizza. He told me the price was 32.96. I then asked for a receipt while he grabbed three pizzas I looked at the receipt and it said 2 pepperoni and two cheese. The manager tried to swindle me out of the price of a large pizza. Once I told him about it he yelled at me and told me it was my fault that he asked me twice what I wanted and I told him twice the same thing. When I told him that he could just refund me the amount for one pizza to my card he then told me that he would refund the whole order and 7-10 business day I would get my 32$ back and that I would have to pay again for three pizzas . So I paid today 57.68 for three “hot and ready” pizzas, that are actually room temp and stale. I also asked him for his name and if he could sign my receipt saying he refunded me but he said he wouldn’t do that. What ever happened to the customers are always correct? Since when did managers start to be able to talk to customers however they want and I better except it or I won’t eat? I am appalled the way this manager tried to take my money and then when he was caught tried to tell me it was my fault. I am very upset and the store in Dekalb is much better in my opinion I would not be going to this store. If I could I would give this store zero stars but because I can’t I gave it one star. The manager name is David or atleast that’s what he said because it was on the receipts."
